The Provincial Center for Cultural Animation (WOAK) in Toruń is a self-governing cultural institution organized by the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeship. WOAK initiates and implements culture-creating enterprises, promotes culture, supports amateur artistic activity, conducts cultural education and popularizes the cultural heritage of the region.
