Timo Veranta
DJ and producer Timo Veranta’s musical influences are embedded deep in his heritage and in his childhood where he first learned the piano from his mother who was a music instructor.
After already in various bands, Timo was introduced to electronic music during the tour of his last and most popular band The Madison Affair – a metal band which played at the Fusion Festival 2012. That was the first time Timo fell in love with techno, a genre that could express emotions and create states of mind without any words, just with a rhythm and a melody.
In 2013, he finally made his first footsteps into the electronic music scene with producing music and building his own studio, which is now fully equipped and developed.
In the same year he quickly gained recognition and started playing as a local DJ in Berlin, among others at one of his favourite clubs, Sisyphos. Some more years and Timo had releases in record labels Tach & Nach, Mischpoke, Yellow Tail, DIS Music and Black Point Records.
His music carries groovy bass lines with a dark atmosphere. Timo often plays with analog equipment to give his music a warm touch and add groovy vibes.
