The Hara
The Hara is an alternative/rock band comprising the frontman Josh Taylor, guitarist Zack Breen and drummer Jack Kennedy. The band debuted in 2017, with the music video for Only Young, which gained significant popularity while the band was still looking for their sound. They eventually centered their vision of the project around live performance, creating music with the aim to inspire moshipit carnage in crowds with heavy hitting, anthemic compositions. Their 2020 releases stormed their way through iTunes Album charts, with Play Dead hitting #1 across All Genres and We Are The Movement hitting #1 in the Rock Charts and #2 across All Genres. Their stage presence is likened to that of legendary greats Queen, AC/DC and Guns N Roses with an amped up sound taking influences from popular artists such as Bring Me the Horizon, Royal Blood, Arctic Monkeys, The 1975, Panic! At The Disco, Lower Than Atlantis, The Hunna, Nothing But Thieves, Muse, Twenty One Pilots and Yungblud which combines Josh’s vocals, Zack’s gritty riffs with Jack’s punchy drum beats to define The Hara.
