Studio DVA
The Studio DVA Theatre is located in the spacious premises of the Fénix Palace on Wenceslas Square in Prague. Since 2018, it has also operated the Small Stage on Na Perštýně Street 6, featuring an auditorium for 200 spectators. In addition to popular comedies and classic dramatic works presented in Czech and world premieres, its repertoire also includes musicals, unique musical projects, and concerts. The program further features new and more demanding productions that expand the existing selection of plays with prominent acting personalities from Czech and Slovak theatre.
The independent theatre and artistic company Studio DVA began its activities in 2000. Since 2004, it has been the organizer of the Metropolitan Summer of Acting Personalities, which takes place not only at the Summer Stage Vyšehrad and the Summer Stage Výstaviště Holešovice, but also outside Prague — in the courtyard of the romantic medieval fortress Tvrz Divice in the Louny region and at the Summer Stage Vítězná near Dvůr Králové nad Labem.
