St. George's Basilica
The Basilica of St. George at Prague Castle was founded as early as 920 as the second Christian church in the area of Prague at that time. The interior of the basilica is a textbook example of the Romanesque style – austere yet monumental. The church itself is three-aisled with two towers in the front, a square chancel with an apse and a three-aisled crypt. Classical music concerts are held in the basilica.
