SPATiF

The Society of Polish Artists of Theater and Film, or SPATiF, brought together artists associated with theater, stage, radio, television or film. Unlike other fashionable Warsaw venues, only its members were officially allowed to enter the SPATiF club. Such selection and the fact that the cream of the art world gathered there meant that more myths, anecdotes and divertissements are associated with SPATiF than with any other place in Warsaw. Now SPATiF is defined by fun, culture and food. It's an independent venue with concerts (notable among which are jazz and improvisational music in general, which can be heard frequently) and parties, film screenings, meetings and stand-ups.
