Sexauer
Sexauer is an art gallery in Berlin located in a former factory building. The gallery was founded in 2013 by Jan-Philipp Sexauer and represents a young generation of international artists. The gallery was awarded the Berlin Gallery Prize in 2017.
The program focuses on concept-oriented positions in a variety of media including installation, sculpture, painting, drawing, video and photography. The gallery represents Futo Akiyoshi, Thomas Feuerstein, Ornella Fieres, Jay Gard, Philip Grözinger, Alexander Iskin, Caroline Kryzecki and Jeewi Lee.
It regularly publishes catalogues and produces short films about its exhibitions. The gallery also participates in international art fairs.
