Saint Motel
Saint Motel is an American indie pop band from Los Angeles, whose music has been described as everything from dream pop to indie prog. The band consists of A. J. Jackson (lead vocals, guitar, piano), Aaron Sharp (lead guitar), Dak Lerdamornpong (bass), and Greg Erwin (drums). In 2014 the EP My Type was released by the music label Parlophone. Part of the EP is their most successful song so far My Type, which reached number 51 in the Swiss and number 34 in the British charts and is also part of the soundtrack of the video game FIFA 15, which gave the band media attention for the first time. The song is also used in the intro and outro of the ARD quiz show *Wer weiß denn sowas? *. On October 21, 2016, Saint Motel released their first full album saintmoteltelevision, which was advertised in advance through the release of the single Move and the announcement of a tour of North America. The song Move is also featured on the EA Sports FIFA 17 soundtrack.
