Ryan Harris
Ryan Harris is a Canadian musician and filmmaker based in Whistler, British Columbia. He grew up in Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, before his family permanently returned to Canada when he was fifteen years old.
He began recording and composing music in his home studio in Whistler. His influences include surf culture and artists such as Ben Howard, Jack Johnson, and John Butler Trio. Since 2021, he has also been composing music for film projects.
In 2023, he performed as the opening act for the duo Ocie Elliott and subsequently organized a sold-out tour across Canada and Europe. Since 2021, his work has reached more than 100 million streams on online platforms. In 2024, he released the EP All The Light, followed in August 2025 by the new singles Show Me Something and Sold Me a Dream, the latter being classified within the folk genre.
