Pogány Induló
Pogány Induló has become one of the most influential voices on the Hungarian rap scene and is often described as the raw, uncompromising sound of his generation. He breathed new life into old-school rap and first attracted significant attention in 2022 with the song Zártosztály. This became a breakthrough and also marked the beginning of his collaboration with ASAN Budapest, with whom he has been purposefully developing the project ever since.
Since then, Marci – better known by his stage name Pogány Induló – and his long-time partner Ótvar Pestis have been selling out venues across the country and performing on the biggest stages of Hungary's leading festivals. His debut album Megáll az idő was presented in front of a packed Barba Negra club, while his second album Vagy Mindent Vagy Semmit attracted 10,000 fans to the MVM Dome.
In 2024, he won both the Fonogram and Artisjus awards. This year, he added another significant milestone: a sold-out solo concert at the Papp László Sportarena in Budapest.
