Petr Bezruč Theatre

Petr Bezruč Theatre belongs to the artistically most theatres in the Czech Republic, which is confirmed by a number of awards, critics and audience feedback. The target group are young viewers to the greatest extent possible, the students of middle and high schools. The theatre, however, likes to visit the middle and older generation. Bezruči emphasis on creative diversity and progression, based on the highly award-winning ensemble. Focus with original programming, which includes a modern rendition of the classic works, discovering and creating space for new dramatic works, drama, and converting the stage interesting or "iconic" works of literature or film, and last but not least also works with regional themes.
