Otto von Schirach

Otto Von Schirach is half-Cuban, half-German, born in Miami's Cuban quarter in 1978. Since childhood, he was influenced by Cuban music, gangsta rap and electronic sounds. On top of that, his grandmother practised magic, so Otto quickly learned about the surreal world. Over time, he added noise and gore grind (as well as bad horror movies and porn) to the sounds he had learned before, and this influenced the style of music Von Schirach created. He started creating seriously in the mid 90s, when he bought his first drum machine. Otto quickly gained recognition for his twisted work. This was reflected in his contract with the Ipecac label, one of whose owners is Mike Patton, or his guest appearance on the album of the legendary Skinny Puppy. Otto's performances are a real thrill ride, where there is a place for hip-hop, death metal and crazy electronics. Apart from auditory impressions, you can also count on visual ones, as the concerts are enriched with interesting visualisations.
