Orkest de Tegenwind

Orkest de Tegenwind (Orchestra Against the Wind) is a large street brass band from Utrecht, founded in 1984 with the aim of bringing music to the people on the street. Their playing is full of energy and emotion. Together they play music from home, but also from all corners of the world. Since 2008, the musical direction of the orchestra has been in the hands of Hermine Schneider and Onno van Swigchem.
