Obecní dům

A cultural and social centre – the Municipal House – was opened in the former bank building at the top of Ostrožné Street in Opava. A social hall, a gallery and museum exhibition, a café and a club scene were created here. The Municipal House is a neo-Baroque building, built according to the project of the Viennese architect Rudolf Eisler in 1915.
