Nicole
Nicole is a DJ and producer with roots in Georgia, who immersed herself in the music world at a young age. She attended a music school as a child and was a drummer in a band. Impressed by music as a creative medium, she began her DJ career at the age of 17 as part of the duo Body Thrills.
Nicole's style can't be pigeonholed, as her sets are defined by the energy she receives from the dance floor. She loves old school acid techno as well as intelligent minimal sounds. Since her performance at the Boiler Room of the famous Bassiani nightclub, celebrating its reopening after the rave protests against the raids and closures of clubs in Tbilisi, which received worldwide media coverage in 2018, Nicole has been called one of Georgia's leading DJs and producers.Not content with just DJing, Nicole also worked as a promoter at Tbilisi's legendary art space and nightclub Cafe Gallery. 2020 was a year of success for Nicole, as her talents did not go unnoticed by prominent DJs and producers outside Georgia. She released her first solo EP Inside on Marco Shuttle's techno label Eerie Records. Her track Luna was also featured on Nina Kraviz's first compilation album Hot Steel - a project launched during the pandemic to support emerging artists and released through Kraviz's label трип (pronounced "trip").
With her fingers on the pulse of Georgia's underground nightlife scene, Nicole launched her personal event series Moontrick in the summer of 2021 to bring Georgian ravers more of what the versatile DJ, music producer and party promoter has to offer.
