Národopisné muzeum Plzeňska

Ethnographic Museum of the Pilsen region is located in two historic townhouses in the Centre of Pilsen. Permanent exhibition, whose history is connected with the personality of the founder of the Museum of Ladislav Lábka, is divided into two thematic units. The first part presents the interiors of the town from the Gothic to early households of 20. of the century. The second part documents the daily life of the rural population of Pilsen and customs. Interesting elements are also two original black kitchen and interior of the historic pharmacy.

In addition to the permanent exhibitions that visitors can find barrier-free room for temporary exhibitions and courtyard, which in the summer months, presents the works of contemporary artists. Among the popular cultural events include the annual Advent and Easter fair or event taking place in the framework of the Museum night.
