Museum of Jazz

The building that houses the Warsaw Jazz Museum hosted the first jam session in post-war Poland in 1946. It featured Polish jazz musicians who managed to survive the occupation and World War II. From this Warsaw edifice, jazz radiated throughout Poland for several years. Here concerts were held, here jazz musicians had their rehearsals, played for dancing and listening. Today in the museum you can admire notes, instruments and various memorabilia of jazz musicians.
