Michał Zaborski

Polish viola player and composer, best known as a member of the four-time Fryderyk Award-winning Atom String Quartet. With his own quartet, he plays an intriguing blend of melodic European jazz with a touch of world music, exploring the possibilities of the viola in the context of a traditional jazz section. In April 2019, he released his debut album Feeling Earth on the Slovakian label Hevhetia, which received a Fryderyk nomination.
