Lynne Arriale

Lynne Arriale is an American jazz pianist, composer, bandleader and educator. She is Professor of Jazz Studies and Director of Small Ensembles at the University of North Florida.

Lynne Arriale, described by The Guardian as "one of the most exciting pianists in contemporary jazz", has been performing on the world's leading stages for over 30 years. Her playing has been praised by media outlets such as JazzTimes, Jazz Journal and Jazz Police, who have called her "the poet of her generation.
