Johannes Motschmann

Johannes Motschmann experiments between electro dance music, avant-garde ambient and orchestral soundscapes. Rough, melancholic and dark around the edges, this is live electro sound in which analog synthesizers, an old Wurlitzer piano and the famous CP-70 piano with a huge multi-percussion set and violin sounds are rhythmically interlaced and lost in surfaces. The effect is stunning.
