Joanna Szumacher
Joanna Szumacher is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, visual artist, co-owner of a cassette publishing house Super focused on experimental music. Organizer of concerts, including the Łódź cycle Byle do wiosny, presenting the most interesting phenomena from various independent scenes. She has performed in Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, Kraków, Szczecin, Opole and during the Festival of Ephemeral Art in Sokołowo. Together with Izabela Robakowska, she creates a performative-musical duo Smutne Kobiety (field recording, noise, free-impro), and a trap-noise collective Beton with Mikołaj Tkacz.
