Jednostka

Jednostka Gallery, founded by Katarzyna Sagatowska in Warsaw in 2017, represents artists of different generations distinguishable for their unique personality and remarkable work. Freedom, identity, understanding, transformation, civic participation, systems of control, interpersonal relations, and nature are some of the main topics addressed by Jednostka’s artists. The gallery also promotes and offer works by other artists, including Polish photography classics; looks after artist archives; engages in interdisciplinary projects (including exhibitions, publications, lectures, workshops) dedicated to contemporary phenomena and problems, also in collaboration with other Polish and foreign institutions.
