Jamila & The Other Heroes

Jamila & The Other Heroes is a German band based in Berlin that creates funkadelic music to make listeners fly. The band is fronted by the vibrant Jamila Al-Yousef. Born in Berlin on the day the Berlin Wall came down, Jamila was raised by her influential Palestinian refugee father. Jamila's cultural activism is deeply embedded in her artistic expression.
