Iscariota
Sosnowiec-based Iscariota was formed in 1990 on the initiative of vocalist Piotr Piecak and guitarist Dominik Durlik. Their original sound was rooted in melodic death metal, steadily turning towards unadulterated thrash since their 1995 debut LP Cosmix Paradox; they continued in that direction over the following decades of activity, drawing on classic heavy metal and hard rock. They have shared stages with Saxon, Blaze Bayley, KAT, Vader and Christ Agony; their discography currently comprises four studio albums, rounded out by 2020's Legenda.
