GHØSTKID

GHØSTKID is a German metalcore and alternative metal band founded in 2020 in Gelsenkirchen by singer Sebastian “Sushi” Biesler after he left the band Electric Callboy. Their music combines metalcore, post-hardcore, nu metal, industrial music, and electronic elements. From the outset, the project has been built on a blend of aggressive guitar riffs, electronic production, and alternating vocals and screams.

Their debut album, GHØSTKID, was released in 2020 via Century Media Records and featured the tracks Start A Fight, Supernova, Yøu & I, and This Is Nøt Høllywøød. The album featured guest appearances by Marcus Bischoff of Heaven Shall Burn, Johnny 3 Tears of Hollywood Undead, and Timi Hendrix of Trailerpark, among others.

In 2024, they released their second studio album, Hollywood Suicide, preceded by the singles Hollywood Suicide and Heavy Rain. The album’s release was followed by a European tour, including shows with Blind Channel and Black Veil Brides. In 2026, several long-time members of the backing band left, while Sebastian Biesler continues with the GHØSTKID project and live performances.
