Ewa Farna
Ewa Farna (born Ewa Chobot on August 12, 1993, in Třinec) is a Polish-Czech singer and presenter who performs songs in Czech and Polish in the genres of pop and rock music. She has won numerous Czech and Polish awards during her career. In the Český slavík poll, she was named Singer of the Year in 2021, 2023, and 2024. In 2023, she was also named the Absolute Slavík. In 2022, she won the Anděl award in the Singer of the Year category.
She started her musical career at the age of 13 with the single Měls mě vůbec rád from her debut album of the same name (2006), for which she won the Discovery of the Year award in the Český slavík poll. A year later, she released her second Czech album Ticho and her debut Polish album Sam na sam. In 2009, she followed up with the Polish album Cicho and her third Czech album Virtuální, followed by a tour of the same name.
During her career, she has released several other albums and singles and has also served as a judge on the Česko Slovenská SuperStar competition. One of the highlights of her career was her biggest solo concert to date, which took place on October 14, 2023, at the O2 Arena in Prague. A month later, she was once again named Singer of the Year and Overall Winner of the Český slavík poll.
In 2024 and 2025, Ewa Farna further cemented her position on the Czech music scene – she once again won the Český slavík award, performed at Eden Stadium, where she became the first Czech female singer to sell out a concert, and was named one of the most influential women of the year. In 2025, she also won the Anděl Award for the single To je moje holka with Annet X and prepared the Nie Ma Lipy tour of Polish cities.
In May 2025, Ewa Farna sang the song Na ostří nože alongside Dua Lipa at the Prague stop of the Radical Optimism Tour.
