ERRA
ERRA is an American progressive metalcore band founded in 2009 in Birmingham, Alabama. The group emerged from the local metal scene, and its music is commonly categorized within the progressive metalcore genre with influences of djent. The current lineup consists of vocalist J. T. Cavey, guitarist and vocalist Jesse Cash, guitarists Clint Tustin and Alex Ballew, and drummer Conor Hesse.
The band’s first release was the EP Andromeda (2010), followed by the debut studio album Impulse, which was released in 2011 through Tragic Hero Records. The second album, Augment, was released in 2013 and was followed by the studio albums Drift (2016) and Neon (2018). In 2021, the group released its fifth studio album ERRA, which was the first issued through the label UNFD and continued the band’s previous work. In 2024, the band released its sixth studio album Cure, produced in collaboration with producer Daniel Braunstein. The album was preceded by several singles and followed concert activities in Europe and additional tours.
The band’s recent work includes material released after 2024. In 2025, the singles Gore of Being and Echo Sonata were released, announcing further studio recordings. In 2026, the band released its seventh studio album Silence Outlives the Earth.
