His sound has changed and developed a lot over the last few years. He left Ireland in 2009 and lived in London. He gigged relentlessly and recorded his EP Gone From Here. Not long after that he left the UK. He sold all his stuff, packed a bag, grabbed his guitar case and he has been moving ever since: playing music wherever he can.
