Cosaco
Cosaco is Kuba Kozak, a resident of the popular DZiK on Belwederska Street, who appeared on the Warsaw DJ scene over a decade ago as part of Panowie z Twardej, playing Polish music from vinyl. Since 2016, he has been playing solo, organising themed parties where he mixes samples from cartoons and films with popular guilty pleasure party hits. During the pandemic, he fired up the Laboratorio Tropical project – dedicated to contemporary, club and avant-garde electronic music from Latin America and Africa. Kozak is also an entertainer, and with the project Warszawawiaki Trupa Teatralna he recreated a pre-war Warsaw band, and nurtured the humour of the capital's streets. He is also active on the city's urban beekeeping scene and a member of the Warsaw Beekeeper Society.
