Calum Scott
Calum Scott is a British musician who gained attention in the talent show Britain's Got Talent in 2015. Born and raised in Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire, the musician started his career as a drummer. He started singing and had some performances with his bands in morning shows such as Good Morning Britain, where he performed with a friend.
After participating in the casting show Britain's Got Talent, where he reached the sixth place, the Brit released his own cover version of Dancing on My Own - with the same song he wowed the jury and audience of the talent show and was nominated for a National Reality TV Award. In May 2016, Scott signed a record deal with Capitol Records, and in 2017 he was already touring the U.S. and releasing his own singles such as You Are The Reason. At the 2017 Brit Awards, Scott was nominated for Best British Single of the Year with the cover version Dancing on My Own, and in 2018 he won the British LGBT Awards.
