Monika Brodka is a sensation on the Polish, and not only, music scene. The singer started her career as a teenager in the third edition of Idola, which she won. On the wave of this success, she released two albums, from which came such hits as Miał być ślub and Miałeś być. The real breakthrough for the artist came in 2011 with the album Granda, which proved to be a redefining one for Brodka and immediately the first serious breath of original art-pop on the Polish market. Another success was Clashes, released in 2016, which exposed another face of the singer as the author of atmospheric, folk-based compositions based on intricate folk arrangements. Brodka's two most recent albums are: Brut released in 2021, and Sadza recorded as a duet with a producer 1988.
