Their role models include The Sex Pistols, Gorillaz and grime legend Kano. Their latest releases have been most influenced by live playing itself – Boy Bleach have brought the energy of their frenzied live shows to headphones. They take their art seriously, themselves a little less so. "I think music is all about inspiration. It's hard to be original when it seems like everything has already been invented.
