Black Tar Jesus is Tomáš Kopáček and his lofi rock'n'roll from Pardubice. In 2020, he released his third album Year Insane. The album reflects the wild months after a traumatic breakup, party stories from Ankali, excitement and severe depression. The performer mixes an intoxicating psychedelic cocktail of genre ingredients such as shoegaze, bedroom pop or emo.
