Beatsteaks
Beatsteaks is a German punk rock band from Berlin. It was formed by Peter Baumann, Stefan Hircher, Alexander Rosswaag and Bernd Kurtzke in 1995. They were later joined by the singer Arnim Teutoburg Weiß. In 1997, the band recorded their first album 48/49. It contains several songs in German, while the more recent albums are in English. Beatsteaks are stars in their home country and are frequent headliners at German festivals.
