Arleta is one of the prominent representatives of the Czech female rap scene. The rapper and visual artist, nominated for both Vinyl and Apollo awards, brings her dark vision that can be personal, self-therapeutic and playful at the same time. As a contrast to generic masculine rap, she infuses strong contemporary generational themes into her lyrics with an unmistakably dark delivery, commenting on social taboos such as feminism, sexism and basic moral values.
