Andi Haberl
At the age of eleven, Andi Haberl was already a member of a school band at the Gymnasium in Geretsried, where he came into contact with jazz. In 1997 Haberl founded the band max.bab with Max von Mosch, with whom he won the studio prize at Jugend jazzt in 2001. In 2003 he moved to Berlin and studied jazz, at the same time taking lessons with John Riley and Joey Baron.
Since 2006, he has been a permanent member of the indie band The Notwist as a drummer. In addition, Haberl belongs to Andromeda Mega Express Orchestra, Johannes Lauer's Die Zusammenkunft, Masha Qrella and jersey.
