49th & Main

Indie-pop duo originally from Kilkenny, Ireland, consisting of producer Ben O'Sullivan and singer/multi-instrumentalist Paddy King. The pair first met at school and, after bonding, began working on music together during the warm summer. O'Sullivan experimented with acoustics and recording King's guitar. Eventually, they decided to take their recording equipment with them to Canada, where the foundations of their debut project were laid.
