Van der Graaf Generator

Van der Graaf Generator is an English rock band that was founded in 1967. Her music is often listed as part of art-rock and progressive rock, but the recordings are characterized by somewhat darker atmosphere than their genre album companion. Leading member of the group is inherently singer, songwriter and sole author of repertoire Peter Hammill, also had an important role saxophonist David Jackson, whose electrically modified instruments produce sound typical of the group.
