Tobias Thiele
Born in East Berlin in 1986, singer and songwriter Tobias Thiele, released his debut CD Unerhört in September 2016. In 2017, he received the award for the best song list. The well-known Cuban singer Gerardo Alfonso is the reason why Tobias started to play the guitar. At the age of 11 he took the guitar in his hand. Through his songs he learned Spanish. Since 1994 he regularly tours Cuba and other Latin American countries. He played concerts with Cuban musicians at the International Book Fair in Havana, Casa de las Américas, Pabellon Cuba and other musically important venues. He is currently working on the setting of poems by Cuban and Latin American poets and plans to record them in Cuba. On the 14th of December, he will release his newest album, called Alles Kann Anders Sein.
