The Crimson ProjeKCt is an offshoot of King Crimson, in which contemporary musicians perform three original band's legendary Adrian Belew, Tony Levin and Pat Mastelotto. With the permission and the personal support of Robert Fripp mainly focus on repertoire from the beginning of the 80th until the mid-90th years. The band plays a double trio line-up, as it was between 1994 and 1997 just liked the original King Crimson. All three still have a big influence on popular culture thanks to the highly acclaimed collaboration with leading musicians illustrious names such as Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Peter Gabriel, David Sylvian, Talking Heads, XTC, Paul Simon, John Lennon or Nine Inch Nails. In 2009, Levin and Mastelotto created a trio called Stick Men, with whom he also plays Markus Reuter. Markus is a prominent composer and repertoire Crimson learned directly from Robert Fripp on his Guitar Craft workshops. In 2006, Adrian Belew started a long-term project of The Adrian Belew Power Trio, now with Julie Slick on bass and drummer Tobias Ralph. Trio take regular tours around the world and released several albums together (highly acclaimed album E). In August 2011, organized Belew, Levin and Mastelotto Music Seminar 3 of a Perfect Pair Camp with group performances of repertoire King Crimson. This was followed by a tour of USA and Canada under the title Two of a Perfect Trio, playing Stick Men, Adrian Belew The Power Trio and at the end of six musicians. The Crimson ProjeKCt played two lines after the United States and has performed in Russia and Japan.
