Steve Nash & Turntable Orchestra

Steve Nash & Turntable Orchestra is an innovative project aimed at combining two musical worlds – classical music and turntablism, using the sound of the orchestra, piano and turntables operated by DJs. The sound layer is a compilation of electronic music, which is performed on gramophones based on mixed material. The whole project concentrates sounds characteristic of classical music, but developed with the use of tools of new musical styles. The project involves 7 DJs, masters of turntablism. The part of piano, drum pads, synthesizers and midi controllers belongs to the originator and composer of the project – Steve Nash.
