The renovated building of the Old Tram Depot is a unique object. The hall is an example of wooden skeleton architecture with brick filling, popularly known as the "Prussian Wall". The front of the hall is decorated with a picturesque gable with a clock framed in an Art Nouveau finial. The Main Hall is a part of the architectural and construction complex under legal protection – entered in the register of monuments in 1985 and on the UNESCO World Heritage List, which is considered to be a historical monument. Inside the building there is a restaurant and a minibrewery.
