Snøffeltøffs
After the success of their debut album Hokus Pokus, the group got quiet. For good reason: the band member Florian started in the ambitious fields of politics. He campaigned for social affairs in the regional election campaign. After eighteen months, however, he had to realize that not every drummer is also suitable as a parliamentarian – in tailor-made suit he returned to Prenzlauer Berg (the adopted home of Snøffeltøffs).
Musically, the band has evolved a lot: tonally targeting a kind of urban folk, The Byrds and The Velvet Underground were a major inspiration and the result is linked with pieces of 60s Soul.
