Shed

German producer René Pawlowitz, better known under his pseudonym Shed, is one of the most iconic figures in techno. He is inseparably associated with cult Berlin shop Hard Wax, and primarily the Ostgut Ton label, which released his two key albums Shedding The Past and The Traveller. This seminal techno trilogy was completed by his latest opus The Killer, released on 50Weapons. While Shed’s works have remained true to the club environment that created him, he often experiments outside the genre, making him a key figure in current electronic music.
