Sam Slater
Sam Salter is a musician, producer and sound artist focussing on creating artificial environments through synthesis and field recordings, beat-based improv using web-browsers and criminally pretty bits in the middle. A regular collaborator, he has worked on projects alongside musicians including Jóhann Jóhannsson, Valgeir Sigurðsson, Ben Frost and Hildur Guðnadóttir. In 2016 he engineered the live electronics for Oscar Nominated film composer Jóhann Jóhannsson's (Sicario, Arrival) European tour, before working on several film projects throughout 2017, most notably Darren Aronofsky's mother! Currently, he is working on new live material to be debuted in 2018, various mix and production projects as well as further collaboration from his studio in Berlin.
