Porsons Khashoggi
Xeni Alexandrou and Andrea Rama have been living in Berlin since 2013 and together they founded the dance company Porson’s Khashoggi. They create their artworks either as a duo or in the form of individual projects with the support of their partner choreographer, as well as in close collaboration with several cooperation partners. Through the use of movement, light, scenography and body installation, performative interventions and various materials, their works consciously subvert the constructs of time and thus any categorisation or definition in the broadest sense. Porson’s Khashoggi's choreographies have been performed at various venues in Germany, France and Luxembourg and have made guest appearances in the Netherlands, Italy, Finland, Poland, Albania, Greece, and China/Shanghai.
