Plaisir

Plaisir is an alternative rock band from Berlin, formed by Camille Hemet, Carla Cixi and KC Dahlehan in 2019. Blending the dreamy fuzz of shoegaze with the stripped-down lo-fi aesthetic of coldwave, Plaisir seek to create darkly seductive soundscapes infused with soft spoken words and surreal melodies in English and French. They surprised us with their first major live debut at the Synesthesia Festival Introducing, a series replacing the Synesthesia Festival during Pandemic. The series was filmed at Berlin's Kesselhaus and features the best new talent from Germany. The first episode is about Plaisir, the dark wave trio from Berlin.
