Persefone

A band from Andorra that combines melodic and progressive death metal. Since their formation in 2001, they have already released seven studio albums that illustrate a journey of sorts: while the outfits's early work was an exploration of the genre's idée fixe of darkness and death, their later releases take on themes of spirituality and Eastern philosophy.
