NightNight
NightNight is a music project by Yasmin Maryam Haddad. A classically trained violinist, guitarist, vocalist and sound engineer, Haddad hails from the Las Vegas music scene. Haddad frequently performed on the Las Vegas Strip and with local bands, and participated as a violinist on The Killers' album Sam's Town.
After leaving Las Vegas, Haddad moved to Seattle, WA. Here she continued to anchor herself in the local music and recording scene while working at Clatter & Din Studios. NightNight was born during this time.
Influenced by her predecessors such as Massive Attack, Garbage, Depeche Mode, and Bat for Lashes, NightNight relies on a combination of analog synthesizers, cutting edge technology, and live instrumentation.
