Nifty's name derives from the name of Naftula Brandwein, known as Nifty. Born in Polish Galicia, and died in 1963 in New York of a klezmer, the music of a Jewish diaspora. Although he had quite an eccentric personality, his music remained ingenious, elegant, attractive, sophisticated, even chic. Because it was: unpredictable, but always in good style.
